It is true that when we analyze a school with a jail, there are similarities in its infrastructure and in the way the schedules are conducted. But the transformation of a school must begin with the self-recognition of one as a person and after his profession. Understand the reality of the teacher and the student, and how they can help themselves to find ways to transform social aspects and their own contexts. To be able to transform you need to be committed to social issues that affect a community. 

The teaching and learning process must begin by analyzing these two aspects and what kind of limitations can be found, so then proceed to the content of topics. Within our career as student teachers, there are courses that analyze our role deeply but it has been established around the middle of the career, when this role should be reflected from the beginning. Like the experience of being in a classroom it would also be functional to do it earlier and not wait until the last semesters, many of us start working long before the practices. In this way, we will have a much more conscientious perspective so that when we are already in front of a group of students, we can inject the importance of individual empowerment and the empowerment of education.
