The identity of a teacher is shaped by a number of factors that surround personal growth along with our role within a society. It is important to identify who we are as people and what we want to offer. Recognizing these reasons are relevant to our performance since we live in constant change and we are always aware of what another person or institution considers that we should do. Education is more than a book full of topics, we are not only to train people. The classes are interactions with a social and moral foundation, you learn what is good and what is bad, another thing is how the students apply it. Being social agents, many times it carries a pressure on us. A sum of theories, coexistence manuals, themes, behavior, knowledge, that forge an identity that will last and that will represent us. But as long as you get on the road, there will be moments as a teacher in which we will not be comfortable about how you act, moments of doubt and confusion, but these are part of the path, they are part of the construction of our identity and who we are, from there we can elaborate our life from a more reflective position.
