Globalization has managed to spread ideologies ​​that come from a culture that contrasts to others. In the case of the English language, everything that is appropriate around this field, from its grammar, phonetics and phonology, culture and even physical features is assertive to be taught. But when these demands touch other countries, whose English teachers cannot pretend to be like a native English speaker, This creates identity complexes and false expectations of what an English teacher really is. This is a monolithic perspective, which does not encapsulate the varieties of English that have emerged as a result of globalization itself, when this one has created limitations in terms of the professionalism of an English teacher in different categories. The idea of deconolizing a language such as English is not to eradicate it from its primitive culture, but to adapt the language in educational contexts that vary from country to country and from region to region, produces a change in the learning processes. This deconolization is convenient because its mother culture only serves in places where that mother culture is preserved, and its political, social and economic aspects that come with it. But contextualizing this language as a global communication bridge, allows us to orient ourselves to resurface educationally.
